Braces

Pick your path to the perfect smile.

Metal Braces

The straightforward choice for straight, beautiful teeth.

Metal braces have come a long way. Thanks to modern advancements, today’s metal braces are more comfortable, streamlined, and efficient than ever before. They remain the most durable and cost-effective solution for achieving a healthy, aligned smile — making them a smart choice for patients of all ages.

Clear Braces

Subtle. Effective. Confidence-Boosting.

Clear braces offer a discreet way to straighten your teeth without compromising on results. Made from ceramic or tooth-colored materials, they blend in with your natural smile while delivering the reliability of traditional braces. If you’re looking for the effectiveness of braces with a more understated appearance, clear braces are an excellent middle ground between metal braces and aligners.

Damon Braces

Advanced Technology. Efficient Results.

Damon Braces are designed for a more comfortable and efficient orthodontic experience. Using a unique slide mechanism instead of traditional elastic ties, the Damon System allows your teeth to move more freely — minimizing pressure while gently guiding your smile into alignment. With smaller, low-profile brackets, treatment is both more discreet and more comfortable. Plus, the Damon System supports a broader, more natural arch, often resulting in a fuller, more balanced smile.

Brace yourself —you need to be aware
of what you eat with braces!

While braces do the hard work of straightening your teeth, it’s up to you to make some adjustments to what you eat. Here are some foods our practice suggests you avoid, but wherever possible, we’ve included some Doc’s tips in parentheses that will allow you to still eat them.

  • Whole Apples (Doc’s tip: Cut it into wedges first!)
  • Bubble Gum
  • Sticky Hard Candy — things like caramel, taffy, nut brittle and chewy candies
  • Carrots Sticks (Doc’s tip: Cut them into thin curls.)
  • Corn on the cob (Doc’s Tip: You can still enjoy corn off the cob!)
  • Corn Chips/Hard Tacos
  • Hard Foods
  • Soda and other sugary drinks
  • Ice — no crunching!
  • Nuts
  • Pizza crust and crusty breads
  • Hard Pretzels
